3. Account Registration and Security

You agree to:

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

biia acts as a processor and is not responsible for Client Data.

6. Artificial Intelligence and Outputs

You acknowledge that:

• Outputs may be probabilistic
• Outputs may contain inaccuracies
• Outputs require validation

You are responsible for their use.

7. Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, AI models, APIs, architecture, configurations, and documentation (collectively, the "Platform Technology"), are and shall remain the exclusive property of biia or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership rights to the Client.

biia grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.

Client shall not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute
• Reverse engineer
• Create derivative works
• Build competing solutions

8. Third-Party Infrastructure and Dependencies

The Services rely on third-party infrastructure and systems.

biia is not liable for failures caused by such providers beyond its control.

9. Service Availability and Operational Standards

The Services are provided under commercially reasonable SaaS standards.

You acknowledge that:

• Interruptions may occur
• Maintenance may occur
• Performance may vary

biia does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

10. Fees and Payment

Clients acting as Data Controllers are solely responsible for establishing lawful bases for processing, providing appropriate notices to end-users, and ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws.

• Communication data (e.g., messages, chat inputs, interaction content)

• Data obtained through integrations with third-party platforms and services

5. Purpose of Processing

c. Clients

Where biia acts as a Data Processor.

All disclosures are subject to appropriate safeguards and limited to necessary scope.
